Can I customize the documents?

Do I still need to submit an application to the NHVR?

PBS Management Service Questions
What is included in the monthly PBS Management fee?
Our service includes building and maintaining a live, interactive map of your PBS permit routes, monthly updates based on new permits, NHVR access application submissions (up to your plan's limit), and a shareable view-only link for your team.
How many permit applications can AccrediRoad handle per month?
Our plans are tiered: Tier 1 (1 permit) includes 1 application/month, Tier 2 (up to 2 permits) includes 3 applications/month, and Tier 3 (up to 4 permits) includes 5 applications/month.
How long does it take to build my base map?
Your initial base map is delivered within 90 days of receiving your permit(s) and confirming details. After that, you’ll receive monthly updates.
What happens if my PBS permit changes or I get a new vehicle?
Simply send us your new or amended NHVR-issued permit. We’ll handle the access lodgement, redraw/update your map, and provide notifications, all within your monthly plan.
Can I cancel my PBS Management subscription early?
Subscriptions are a 12-month minimum commitment. If you cancel before this term, map access will be revoked and charges may apply as per our terms.
Is the PBS Management service NHVR-compliant?
Yes — our service is designed to streamline your PBS permit and access compliance under current NHVR rules, helping you stay audit-ready and avoid costly penalties.
Purchasing & Support
Do you offer refunds?
For the NHVAS Accreditation Toolkit, we offer an "Audit-Ready or Your Money Back" guarantee within 14 days if the Toolkit isn’t compliant with current NHVR standards. For PBS Management, due to the ongoing service nature, refunds are not typically offered after the service has commenced. Please review our full Terms of Service for details.
Do you provide ongoing compliance support?
Yes, for PBS Management subscribers, ongoing support is included in your monthly plan. For NHVAS Toolkit buyers, 30-day email support is included, with optional extended support packages available.
